The delivery date of your order depends on when the order leaves our warehouse, the actual destination address for the item, and the shipping method.
For select items, we offer an Estimated Delivery Date during checkout. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, processing time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select, and the shipping destination. When we can accurately calculate Estimated Delivery Dates, we'll provide them to you during checkout, as well as in your Order Confirmation email and in the My Account section on the website. Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links. Please keep in mind that business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Orders that are shipped via a trackable method (such as UPS and USPS) will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
- If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
- If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
This date range is listed as "In Stock," it will usually be ready to ship within 1-2 business days. During holidays, special or exclusive promotions or due to other factors some "In Stock" items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment. This will be reflected in the estimated delivery date range provided in Checkout.
The shipping method you selected during Checkout. You may choose Standard Shipping (3-5 business days). For faster shipping methods, please email us for a quote. Business days do not include weekends. Some items cannot be shipped using Premium or Express shipping due to size, weight, and delivery address and vendor constraints. These items will only have Standard Shipping available. Unfortunately, there is no weekend delivery for Standard Shipping.
Standard Shipping is typically the default Checkout setting.
Domestic: Your package is expected to be delivered within 3–5 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
International: Your package is expected to be delivered within 2–4 weeks after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
Expedited shipping is the second quickest way to get your order.
Domestic: Your package is expected to be delivered within 2-3 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
International: Your package is expected to be delivered within 1-2 weeks after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
Express shipping is the fastest way to get your order.
Domestic: Your package is expected to be delivered within 1 business day after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
International: Your package is expected to be delivered within 2-5 business day after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
For all standard 3 Days shipping, 2 Days and 1 Day Shipping, orders MUST BE placed by 12:30pmPacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays (UPS orders only):

* 4th of July
* Labor Day
For packages shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses using USPS there are additional holidays in which packages do not ship from our distribution centers including: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day.
If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll notify you of the return by email and issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place another order at Sekaido.com with a new shipping address.
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons, including some not listed below:
• Incorrect or out-of-date address
• P.O. Box format (Please enter P.O Box shipping address as “P.O. Box” followed by the number.)
• Due to weight and dimensional limits, some items can’t be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Illegible label
• Other address problems
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refused by recipient
International Customs Fee
Shipping costs are not landed costs. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs.International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. It is our policy not to lower values of goods shipped.
If you or your country's customs rejects your shipment, or your package is deemed as undeliverable by the shipping company for any reason, we will refund you for the refused items once they are returned to us in re-sellable condition; however, you are responsible for your shipping charges plus any other fees that may apply. If additional fees do apply, they will be taken out of your refund. If you feel the error is due to a mistake on the part of the shipping company, you will have to speak with them directly about getting your fees refunded.
